We see how they interact with the product in the real world and get a grasp of what they understand and what they don't. Then make sure that buttons are on the right places, copies are clear, colors and pictures deliver the message you want.

Heuristic research

We are running some 150+ checks on each and every page of yours to see if it fully meets UX and UI best practices and define the most crucial improvement points focusing on the ease of use.

Set up conversion metrics

Defining the very goal of your website and break it down into steps that the customer goes through. Measure drop out and every single key step and implement improvements one by one, aimed at specific drop out reasons and see how much those impact the step by step and overall conversion. Then again.
